Boys Noize finally delivered his first solo album in five years, Charlotte de Witte went and put an AI vocalist on her new EP, and the rest of the week swung from footwork to trance to big room without a single dull stretch. Ten real releases, every lane covered — no filler.

#10 — Two Phased, "Light It Up"

Single · Two Phased Records

The debut release on his own new label, and that alone makes it worth a mention — dude's calling it his biggest track yet, and betting on himself enough to build the imprint around it says a lot before you even hit play.

#9 — Adriatique, "Disappear" feat. Sissa

Single · deep house

The Swiss duo doing what they always do best — patient, textured deep house that doesn't need a drop to hold a room. Sissa's vocal gives it just enough ache to stick after the lights come up.

#8 — Chris Candela & Bauti Tesei, "LCA"

Single · tech house

Not reinventing anything, just a rolling, peak-time tech-house cut from two names that know exactly what they're building toward. Solid Friday-night weapon, keep these two on the radar.

#7 — Hardwell & 4444 OF A KIND, "RE4SON"

Single · hard dance / big room

Hardwell links with 4444 OF A KIND (that's Sub Zero Project plus D-Block & S-te-Fan) on a hard-dance/big-room hybrid built from the ground up for Tomorrowland, and it's already road-tested across multiple Mainstage and Freedom stage sets this summer. They found vocalist Kacie Jung off her TikTok, which is basically how A&R works now.

#6 — Armin van Buuren & Douwe Bob, "What If I Told You"

Single · Armada · trance

Armin linking with a Dutch singer best known for a country-folk Eurovision run should not work on paper. It debuted live in front of 40,000 people at AMF and the whole arena was with it. Trance-meets-country, borderline corny, and it slaps anyway.

#5 — SLANDER, Excision & Blanke, "Give You Love"

Single · Heaven Sent · melodic bass

SLANDER and Excision's first collab since 2020's "Your Fault," and it's been road-tested since it debuted at Dancefestopia and closed out Excision's Lost Lands set. Soaring, bittersweet, built to make 20,000 people put their phones up at the same time.

#4 — Porter Robinson & Ninajirachi, "WannaCry"

Single · hyperpop

Teased at Coachella back in April, this one's finally out — distorted synths, both of them on vocals, and a title that borrows from the 2017 ransomware attack as a metaphor for leaving marks on people. Follows Ninajirachi's excellent I Love My Computer album, and the chemistry's real.

#3 — Yaeji, "DDR" feat. Enayet & K Wata

Single · XL Recordings · footwork

Her first lead-artist single since 2025, blending Chicago footwork with queer club culture, complete with a Giseong Jun-directed video and an all-night DDR party she threw in Brooklyn to celebrate. Genuinely one of the most interesting club records to come out all year, not just this week.

#2 — Charlotte de Witte & NAVA, Azadi EP

EP (3 tracks) · KNTXT · techno

The world's current No. 1 techno DJ built a three-track EP around NAVA, an AI-generated Persian vocalist created by Farbod Mehr, with every dollar of proceeds going to FEMENA, which supports women's rights advocates. It is going to start arguments the second the first clip hits a timeline — about AI vocals, about authenticity, about who gets to be a voice in a genre built on facelessness. Say what you want about the method, the cause behind it is not up for debate.

#1 — Boys Noize, 7LLVSION

Album (12 tracks) · ONES and ZEROS · industrial techno / electro

Alex Ridha's first solo album in five years, and it was worth the wait. Twelve tracks featuring Brutalismus 3000, ABRA, Taichu, Maya Alkhatari, and Dutch singer ZEP on lead single "1+1+1," released on his own ONES and ZEROS imprint. This is the sound Ridha's built his whole career on — industrial snarl with real pop instincts underneath — and twenty-plus years in, he still sounds like he's trying to start a riot. Every report this week kept circling back to this one, and for good reason: it's the most anticipated electronic LP of the quarter, and it actually delivers. Eddy's #1, no debate.
