You get a confirmation email from support@electronicdispatch.com with your reference number (8 letters and numbers, like 3f2a9c1d) and your listen-by date, 14 days after payment.
Within 14 days
An editor listens to your submission in full.
- If we want to feature it, an editor emails you.
- If you hear nothing by the listen-by date, it wasn't the right fit this time. We may send a short "not this time" note.
- If we miss the 14 days, your fee is refunded in full. See When do I get a refund?
Feedback
We don't give individual feedback on submissions. With the volume we receive, we'd rather spend the time listening.
Checking where it stands
Use Contact us at the bottom of this page and choose A music or mix submission, then Where does my submission stand? Enter your reference and the email you used on the form to see its status.
